Let’s Take it to the Mat!

Mat Pilates is the perfect modality to improve your physical fitness in totality. We will work on strength, posture, flexibility and control. I incorporate props like the Pilates Magic Circle, Fitness Ball, Light Weights, and Resistance Bands to challenge, balance and assist the body as we move through a full body workout.

Pilates is for EVERY BODY

Wether you’re a gym girlie who tends to focus on lifting, wether you’re a cardio person who loves spin classes and outdoor runs/walks, maybe you’re someone who is just trying to get started at moving your body, my Mat class is for YOU!
