I’m a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor and a certified health coach with over eight years of experience in the fitness and wellness space. My approach blends mindful movement, core strength, and functional alignment with a deep commitment to holistic well-being.
My teaching style is empowering, intuitive, and intentional — rooted in the belief that movement should meet you where you are while gently challenging you to grow. I create a space where you can feel supported, seen, and strong. I’m not just your coach — I’m your biggest supporter, here to guide you through every stretch, shake, and shift.

Tailored Pilates Training
I’m now offering one-on-one private Pilates sessions tailored specifically to you, held in a fully equipped, clean, and professional private Pilates space. The space features a Balanced Body Reformer with Tower, EXO Chair, Spine Corrector, Jumpboard, box, and a variety of small Pilates props—everything needed to support a full-body, personalized experience. Each session is designed around your individual goals and rooted in the core principles of Pilates: breath, alignment, control, precision, and flow. Together, we’ll focus on mindful movement and intentional progress, helping you build strength, improve mobility, and feel deeply connected in your body.
